What Started Carnivores Choice
I’m Justin. My wife Carli and I didn’t come from money or business backgrounds.
We came from music, hard work, and a shared love for bold food and real purpose.
When Carli was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), a brutal, degenerative autoimmune disease that causes daily pain, everything changed.
We realized we needed more than a paycheck.
We needed a way to build something bigger than ourselves.
A way to fund life-changing stem cell treatments for Carli. And fast.
At the same time, we were tired of jerky that sucked.
We loved jerky, but what we found on shelves?
🛑 Thin.
🛑 Tough.
🛑 Bland.
🛑 Full of preservatives and mystery meat.
So we started making our own.
Using thick, tender cuts of real brisket, not gristly scraps or processed beef dust.
We didn’t plan on turning it into a brand.
But when friends, gym buddies, and musicians started asking for more, we knew we were onto something.
